Junior IT Project Consultant (m/f/d)
Junior IT Project Consultant (m/f/d)
We are looking for a Junior IT Project Consultant to start as soon as possible – Germany-wide, full-time, permanent position.
Your responsibilities
- Subproject management and PMO tasks for complex and demanding IT projects at our clients
- Planning, monitoring, and documenting project activities at our clients
- Managing and monitoring external IT service providers
- Close coordination and collaboration with the client’s IT operations and user departments
What you bring
- Successfully completed cooperative degree program with a focus on IT and management
- Initial IT project experience in transition and transformation projects
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft cloud technologies Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure
- Good knowledge of common IT technologies in enterprise environments
- Methodological skills for leading meetings and workshops
- Independent and meticulous way of working
- Entrepreneurial thinking and action
- A very high level of trustworthiness and discretion
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Reliability and a commitment to keeping your word
- Excellent written and spoken German and English

Your responsibilities
- Project management for complex and demanding IT projects at our clients
- Planning, monitoring, and documenting project activities at our clients
- Managing and monitoring external IT service providers
- Training, advising, and coaching on the application of project management processes, methods, and tools
- Close coordination and collaboration with the client’s IT operations and user departments
- Supporting business development and topic marketing, e.g., preparing statements of work, concepts, and decision papers
- Exploring and evaluating new technologies and deriving innovative, secure, and future-proof solutions
What you bring
- More than 5 years of experience as an IT project manager in transition and transformation projects
- Strong leadership skills
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft cloud technologies Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure
- Good knowledge of common IT technologies in enterprise environments
- Extensive methodological skills for leading meetings and workshops
- Strong negotiation skills
- Independent and meticulous way of working
